WLP reviews submissions and may publish accepted artist, provider, and venue listings on the WLP website. Public listing information includes your artist / business / venue name, summary, offering, local area, service area, promotional details, rate notes, and venue address and specifications where provided. Contact names are for WLP’s listing administration unless they are also supplied as the public artist or business name.

Booking email addresses and phone numbers are for WLP’s communication and inquiry forwarding. WLP will not publish those contact fields without separate permission. Keep private information out of your public listing text.

WLP collects customer, organizer, artist, and venue inquiries and forwards relevant lead information to help make connections. Listed businesses discuss availability, pricing, requirements, and booking arrangements directly. A listing or forwarded inquiry does not guarantee work or a confirmed booking.

If additional help is needed, WLP may offer optional services to clients, artists, providers, or venues, including event coordination, sound, lighting, or production support. Any scope and pricing will be discussed and agreed separately before work begins. Purchasing WLP services is not required to participate in the community board.

Keep forwarded inquiry information confidential. Do not sell it, share it with unrelated parties, or add people to marketing lists without their separate permission. You are responsible for your services or venue, permissions, capacity information, quoted rates, and agreements with customers.

WLP may edit listing content for clarity, decline submissions, or remove listings. Request updates or removal through the WLP contact channel supplied with your listing correspondence. Listings are currently limited to the local areas offered in this form.
